Currently we ship every Monday and Friday, unless we are out of town.
Custom handmade jewelry may take 14 days for delivery. 

We cannot guarantee times of arrival.  We do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. All orders include free delivery confirmation.  If you did not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  You may purchase insurance to cover this. 

  Domestic Shipping:  

We use USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail as our standard methods of shipment, both of which should take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. Occasionally with heavier orders, Parcel Post will be used and may take a few days longer.   

Express Mail: 
As a service to our valued customers, rush shipping is available for an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for service transit time provided by the carrier and such times may vary with package origin and destination. Sundays and holidays are excluded. Delivery may require a signature confirmation. Please contact LPXranch@gmail.com if you need assistance.  There is an additional charge.
International Shipping:
At this time we are not accepting international orders, excluding APOs.


Payment  & Security Information:
Visa &  MasterCard are accepted through PayPal's secure server.
PayPal eChecks are accepted as well.
Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal, so please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice that your transaction has been completed.


Our policy is to exchange or offer store credit only for hand-crafted jewelry that does have a functional defect up to 48 hours after received date. 
Any type of custom order is Non-Returnable and
Non-Refundable. We are not able to resell a custom-made product.
Facebook Auction items are Non-Returnable and
Please note that all sale items are sold as is with NO returns. 
All items rhinestone or crystal embellished are sold as is with NO returns. It is not uncommon for rhinestones to work loos during shipping.  If a rhinestone has come off, just simply glue the rhinestone back in place with E-6000 glue, which can be found at most craft stores and WalMart.
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind items and stones differ individually.  Different shapes and sizes give personality and uniqueness to each piece.
Second hand and vintage items are sold "AS IS"! 
Authorized refunds and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Do not return items without an authorization number.  Items must be received within 5 days after approval.
Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Free shipping offers are not valid when making an exchange, so while you may not be charged at checkout, shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have an item damaged in shipping, please contact your USPS office to file an insurance form for reimbursement.
